Your provider checks each invoice as it is sent and tells you why it failed. It does not clean the customer, supplier and item records behind those invoices. We fix that data once, before go-live, so fewer invoices fail in the first place.
You can, and we will tell you exactly what to change. But bulk changes to live accounting records carry risk, especially near year-end or an audit. Our Corrected Copy lets your provider use clean data while your books stay as they are. You change the ERP only where you decide it is necessary.
No. We work from exports such as Excel or CSV files. We never ask for a login, and we never hold write access to your system.
Any system that can export to Excel or CSV. That includes Tally Prime, Zoho Books, Odoo, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and QuickBooks, and groups running several systems at once.

Access is limited to the people working on your engagement. Your data is deleted at the end of the agreed retention period, and we confirm it in writing.

Yes. Our Rejection Rescue finds the cause behind each rejection, sets out the fastest fixes first and helps you stop them recurring.
A Readiness Audit typically takes three to four weeks. A Starter Cleanup and Fix typically takes eight weeks. Larger scopes are scheduled in the proposal.
Every package is fixed price. We quote after a free 20-minute data review. See Services and Pricing for what each package includes.
