For: Companies that want to know exactly where their data stands before go-live.
You get: Readiness Report, Issue Register for every record, a check of how your provider can use corrected data, and a fixed-price Cleanup proposal.
Scope: Standard covers one legal entity, up to 5,000 customers and suppliers, 20,000 items and three months of invoices. Group covers two to four entities, or more than 5,000 customers and suppliers.
Timing: Typically three to four weeks.
Bonus: 50% of the audit fee is credited against a Cleanup and Fix signed within 30 days of the report.

2. Cleanup and Fix

Fixed price, quoted after a free review

For: Companies that want e-invoicing-ready data without changing their accounting records.
You get: The Corrected Copy in your provider's format, the Must-Fix List, the Change Log, and three months of Monthly Care.
Scope: Starter covers one entity, up to 2,000 customers and suppliers and 5,000 items. Growth covers up to two entities, 10,000 customers and suppliers and 20,000 items. Group is quoted.
Timing: Starter typically eight weeks. Growth and Group are scheduled in the proposal.

You get: A monthly check of new and changed records, an updated Corrected Copy, and an explanation of every rejection.
