The Mandate in Brief

What changes for your finance team

The UAE is moving B2B and B2G invoicing onto a national Electronic Invoicing System built on the Peppol network. Invoices and credit notes are sent as structured data in the PINT AE format through an Accredited Service Provider (ASP), and tax data is reported to the Federal Tax Authority. For transactions in scope, a PDF or paper invoice on its own will no longer be enough. If mandatory data is missing or inconsistent, the invoice is rejected.

Why Data Is the Bottleneck

The software is ready. Much of the data is not.

Accounting systems were set up to print invoices and file VAT returns, not to pass machine validation. Years of free text, duplicates and local habits build up. PINT AE needs things many systems never held: Emirate codes, trade licence details, goods or services flags, HS and service codes, standard unit codes and proper credit notes.

Your provider checks each invoice as it is sent and tells you why it failed. It does not clean your master data for you.
Our Approach

Fix the data once. Leave your books alone.

Changing thousands of records inside an ERP is risky, especially near year-end or an audit. So most corrections live in a Corrected Copy: clean reference data that your ASP or integration uses when it builds each e-invoice. Only the few items that must change at source go on a short Must-Fix List. If you prefer, we also prepare import files so your team can update the ERP under your own control.

We correct it for you.

Formats, codes and mappings that can be fixed in the Corrected Copy. No effort from your team.

You decide.

Missing details only you can confirm, such as a licence number or an ambiguous Emirate. We send you a short, prioritised query list.

You fix at source.

Wrong values that must change in your ERP, such as a TRN belonging to another company. Each one is listed with the reason.

How We Handle Your Data

Your data, handled like it matters.

We sign a non-disclosure agreement and a data processing agreement before you share any file.

We work from exports only. We never ask for a login to your accounting system, and we never hold write access to it.

Files arrive through a secure upload channel set up for your company, never by email.

Your data is processed in a secure, access-controlled environment, and deleted at the end of the agreed retention period, with written confirmation.

We use AI only with your written consent, and only on item descriptions, never on customer or supplier details.

What We Do Not Do

Clear boundaries

We are not an Accredited Service Provider. We do not issue, sign or transmit invoices, and your invoicing never depends on our systems.

We do not give tax advice. VAT treatment decisions stay with your company and its tax adviser.

We do not promise zero rejections. We measure and reduce the data risk, and we show you the evidence.

See your exposure in 20 minutes.

Share your screen with a sample export open, and we will walk through it with you against the 17 most common rejection causes. No files change hands.
